Runners are a rare breed, making up just about 0.7% to 0.8% of the world’s population—a distinct group the other 99.2% struggle to understand! Their behaviors, often seen as borderline crazy or even irrational, arise from an unmatched mix of strength, stamina, and a dash of ‘insanity’. The ‘7 principles of understanding a runner' is my attempt to de-mystify runner’s mindset.
