Covid 19 has shocked the world. It has also almost shut down the whole world. As I write this, India is already under 3 week lock-down and it is likely to extend beyond 3 weeks given how catastrophic corona virus has been.
The mandatory lock-down has forced runners to confine themselves indoors. The running routine, therefore, has stopped fully. Runners are left with no choice but to devise new ways of keeping their aerobic base and endurance base intact.
Home Workout is the only way out and I have started egging on my running buddies and other friends to get into a structured home work-our routine. Most of them asked what that routine should be and I made a short video of my own routine as a guide.
So, here is a short video on my basis home work out routine. On a day to day basis I do make a lot of tweaks to keep it fun but the basic routine remains similar.
